What Each Nutrient Does

Understand the role—not a promise of results.

The descriptions below explain normal nutrient functions. They do not mean an injection treats fatigue, improves performance or provides a benefit when a deficiency or clinical indication is absent. Product labeling and provider judgment determine whether an option can be administered as a standalone injection.

01

Injection options

B vitamins

B vitamins participate in normal cellular metabolism, blood formation and nervous-system function.

Methylcobalamin (B12)

Supports normal red-blood-cell formation, nerve-cell health and DNA production. It is not expected to boost energy when B12 status is already sufficient.

B-Complex

Provides multiple B vitamins involved in converting food into usable energy and supporting normal cellular function.

Dexpanthenol (B5)

A form related to pantothenic acid, which the body uses to make coenzyme A for fatty-acid and energy metabolism.

Pyridoxine (B6)

Supports neurotransmitter production, hemoglobin formation, immune function and normal amino-acid metabolism.

02

Injection options

Antioxidant support

These nutrients participate in normal antioxidant defenses and related cellular processes.

Vitamin C

Functions as an antioxidant and supports collagen production, normal immune function and iron absorption.

Glutathione

An antioxidant made naturally by the body that helps cells manage oxidative stress.

N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC)

Provides cysteine, one of the building blocks the body uses to produce glutathione.

03

Injection options

Amino acids & minerals

Amino acids and minerals have distinct physiological roles; the provider selects only the options relevant to the patient.

L-carnitine

Helps transport long-chain fatty acids into mitochondria, where they can be used in normal energy production.

Arginine

An amino acid used in protein synthesis and as a precursor for nitric oxide.

Lysine

An essential amino acid used to make proteins and support normal collagen formation.

Proline

An amino acid that is an important component of collagen and other proteins.

Taurine

Participates in bile-acid conjugation and normal cell-membrane and calcium-signaling functions.

Magnesium

Supports normal muscle and nerve function, energy production and hundreds of enzyme reactions.

Zinc

Supports immune function, protein and DNA synthesis, cell division and normal wound healing.

Selenium

Supports antioxidant enzymes and normal thyroid-hormone metabolism.

Manganese

Acts as an enzyme cofactor in carbohydrate and amino-acid metabolism, antioxidant defense and bone formation.

Copper

Supports connective-tissue formation, iron metabolism, nervous-system function and antioxidant enzymes.

Chromium

Participates in macronutrient metabolism; whether supplementation is useful depends on the individual indication.

Glucosamine sulfate

A joint-support option that requires individual review; it is not presented as a treatment or guaranteed to improve joint symptoms.

Three Package Options

Multi-visit support, personalized by the provider.

Package schedules, eligible products and pricing are confirmed by Vitalis. A package may involve separate injections across different visits; products are not automatically combined in one syringe.
